Our Customer Care Specialist provides day to day support to Installation and Field Services Technicians. Utilizing Field Management Software, create and maintain service schedule for multiple sprinkler technicians assigned to up to 20 different zones/territories. Serve as main point of contact for customer inquiries to schedule routine and new services for residential and commercial in-ground sprinkler systems. Assist with some billing and account management as skills and training allow. Actively participate in the management of seasonal contracts and coordination with other contractors as needed.
Ideal candidates possess the ability to work well under pressure, and have good decision making and problem solving skills. Effective planning and time management skills are a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication via phone and email are a critical part of the role. Must possess proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel) and Internet/Email Use. Knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting principles is helpful.

Irrigation Technicians are key members of the Field Services and Installation Teams. Under the direct supervision of the Service or Installation Manager, the Irrigation Technician installs, maintains and repairs residential and commercial underground sprinkler systems.
While experience with irrigation systems is optimal, it is not necessary! Some of our best technicians had experience only in a variety of other noteworthy fields, including general labor, basic plumbing and plumbing assistance, mechanical, landscaping, turf maintenance and more. Daily Rain offers targeted training and certifications for each technician. A solid work history, the ability to work independently and reliability are key to success with Daily Rain.
