Customer Care Specialist

Our Customer Care Specialist provides day-to-day support to Installation and Field Services Technicians. Utilizing Field Management Software, the specialist will create and maintain a service schedule for multiple sprinkler technicians assigned to up to 20 different zones/territories. They will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries to schedule routine and new services for residential and commercial in-ground sprinkler systems. The role also includes assisting with billing and account management as skills and training allow. Additionally, the specialist will actively participate in the management of seasonal contracts and coordination with other contractors as needed.

Ideal candidates possess the ability to work well under pressure and have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective planning and time management skills are a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both via phone and email, are critical to the role. Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel) and Internet/email use is required.
